These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mylifeinsurancesupport.com (the “Site”) operated by My Life Insurance Support (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or calling the phone number on the Site, you agree to these Terms.

My Life Insurance Support is an independent licensed insurance agency. We help consumers compare life insurance options across multiple carriers we are appointed with.

We are not affiliated with any government agency or insurance carrier. When we discuss a specific carrier’s product with you, we do so as an independent agent, not as that carrier’s representative.

We can help you:

• Compare life insurance products across multiple carriers we are appointed with.
• Understand how different policy types work — term, whole, and other permanent options — in plain language.
• Quote new coverage and submit applications on your behalf when you are ready.

We cannot:

• Make changes to a policy you already have with another insurance carrier. To make changes to an existing policy (update payment, change beneficiary, surrender, file a claim), please contact your current carrier directly.
• Guarantee that any specific application will be approved or that any specific quote will hold. Final rates and approvals are determined by the insurance carrier based on underwriting.
• Provide tax, legal, or financial planning advice. For those questions, please consult a qualified professional.

Calls to and from My Life Insurance Support may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Florida is a two-party consent state. You will hear a recording disclosure at the start of every call. By staying on the call after the disclosure, you consent to the recording.

Speaking with one of our licensed agents, requesting a quote, or completing an application does not create any insurance coverage. Coverage exists only when an insurance carrier issues a policy and you have paid the first premium. Until then, you and your dependents are not covered by any policy that has been discussed or applied for.

Insurance applications require truthful and complete answers. Material misrepresentation on an application can void coverage and lead to denial of claims. By giving us information for an application, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its data.
• Copy, redistribute, or republish content from the Site without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site.

All content on the Site — text, images, logos, design — is owned by My Life Insurance Support or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only.

The Site and our consultations are provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific insurance product will be available to you on any specific terms. Insurance availability and pricing depend on the carrier and on your individual underwriting.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Life Insurance Support and its licensed agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose. Insurance carriers’ obligations under policies they issue are separate from this limitation and are governed by the terms of those policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
